  I think i inadvertently deleted my word press and want to restore it. How do i do this?

  @arlenerosenfeldwites is your username, we need to know the URL of your deleted site, e.g. arlenewitesblog.wordpress.com

  Did you mean arlenerosenfeldwites.wordpress.com? If so this site was removed 2 years ago and we won’t be able to restore that one anymore.
