Restore Deleted Website

  Hi! I deleted this website but the backup did not work. Is it possible to restore it so I can access the pictures I uploaded? Thanks

  I moved the domain over to Weebly after deleting the website which had been created with WordPress originally. However, within probably 2 days of deleting the website on WordPress I realized there were photos I needed off the old website. Is a copy of the website saved anywhere, or the photo files? The template and content etc was all done through WordPress. Now that the domain is registered and hosted elsewhere, is the visual website/template gone forever?

  I have an export of all the item data from the online store I was running. This includes URLs of the images I am trying to recover. For example:

  It doesn’t appear that your site was ever hosted here at WordPress.com. As such, that limits what we can do for you here.

  I would reach out to your previous hosting provider and ask them if they still have your website data in their backups. You might need to pay for another month of hosting in order for them to restore your previous content and they should be able to provide a temporary URL where you can access that media. They may be able to give you a .zip file of your /wp-content/uploads/ folder as well.

  NOTE: if you do a regular WordPress export, media files (pictures, audio, video) are not exported when you use the Export All button. You must keep your site public or export your media files separately before deleting your original site.
