Restore from manual backup?

    Hi guys! I had a e-commerce site that I shut down when I became seriously ill thinking that I would never return to it as a business. But of course now I’ve changed my mind and would like to start it up again.
    But I made a huge blunder when I switched my hosting – I just pulled everything from the server as a backup. No WP backup or mysql backup. Is it even remotely possible to get the site up and running again from the data that I have? All practical tips are welcome but my skills aren’t great so reading material and guides for learning are also welcome. Thanks!
