restore from mysql file ?

  Hi
  I appreciate to guide me about story mentioned below:
  I’ve my own host and domain, and I used wordpress.
  One month ago the server suspended my host due to more cpu usage , then the server gave me a full backup of my host and reset my host.
  Now I want to know how I can restore my posts & comments from backup received.
  I just found something relevant to my posts & comments in the backup which is a SQL file
