  I deleted it and would like to retrieve it to transfer glen.jiang3.wordpress.com to glenjiang.wordpress.com

  It is possible to reverse a site deletion for the first 30 days after a site is closed. If this is the case, use the form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact to restore your site.
