i didn’t know you charged me as the name on my statement was different. i canceled the dispute and the payment is going through now. how long will it take to restore my page ?

Domain mapping, which is part of a paid Plan, is an upgrade that needs to be renewed annually.

Hi there,
According to our system the chargeback was already decided in your favour before you cancelled it, so a refund for your last payment has already been issued by PayPal. This means you will need to buy the domain mapping upgrade again from My Site ->Domains ->Add ->Map It.
Paying the chargeback fee unlocks your site but if PayPal has already issued a refund we can’t restore the upgrade and you need to buy it again.

But I cancelled the dispute and they told me that you will go ahead and recharge me that $13 . Also I already paid the $20 fee
Can you double check making sure they did not take the $13 fee again

Your account shows that the payment you made us was reversed, meaning it should be returned to your credit card/paypal account.
