Restore my site

  When my Mac came back from being repaired, all my WordPress blog information had been deleted. In fact, the Haro site referenced above is not my site. I also have paid for an upgrade. When I restored my info from the backup, my WordPress information was not there. Can you help me restore my purchases and drafts, etc. I really need to talk to a WordPress person…rather than folks in the forum I think

  Can you please confirm the URL of the site you need help with?

  The donnamac0917 account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from WordPress.com, and only owns the one site, http://haro.home.blog/

  If the site you’re speaking of is hosted with us on WordPress.com, it belongs to a different username account.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that donna-macdonald.com is a domain that is registered here at WordPress.com, but it’s not under this @donnamac0917 account. Instead it’s under a different login with a separate username and password.

  If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  If you can wind that transaction ID in your credit card statement that is the fastest way we have to verify you are the correct owner of the account so we can restore your access.

  I have tried resetting my password before submitting a recovery form as instructed. However, it will still not allow me to submit recovery form.
