  Hi –

  That site is not using WordPress.com. It’s set up on the other version, which is the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I can suggest that you restore the last working version of the site. Or undo any recent changes (like theme, plugin, or updates).
