restore my website

  hi dear…i have a trouble for restore my website because i cant change my plan to free were i have previoes website http://www.rent-fun.net with my admin email (email visible only to moderators and staff) i renew my domain hostgator when i enter wordpress to download data to restore my website.
  please i dont know what i have to do to resolve this
