  I cannot restore my old blog. The emails I used I shut down

  This is definitely mine.
  I had two email addresses
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) the recovery was
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I have closed them down I want to re open the blog

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for that additional information.

  Ultimately you would need to get any email addresses that may have been in use back and up and running, in order to send any kind of password reset for the WordPress.com account.

  Failing that, you would need to remember the the login details for WordPress.com, and once logged in, change the email address connected to the account.

  I’ve tried everything
  Even tried to restore my email addresses and I can’t I cannot remember the passwords
  So much that I’ve blocked my access
