  My pages and posts have all disappeared. I need help restoring my content.

  Hey there, I see you got a new front page when you switched themes. I don’t see many customized pages or posts yet on that site, or any logs of things deleted in the last year. Can you confirm that thedailydoodycom.wordpress.com is site you need help with?

  That is the site that I need help with. I’ve been out for a long time due to Covid. I there is an error on my theme saying I didn’t pay for my download of Jannah, even though I did and have a receipt for the theme download. I had content including pages and posts back in May 2020. They are gone. I believe Jannah is no longer supported unless I upgrade my WordPress site, but that doesn’t explain where all of my content went.

  We’ve never had a theme here with that name, and we also have never displayed an error like that before (back when we did individually sell premium themes, you had to pay before you could even use them).

  Taking a look at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/upload-a-downloaded-theme-2/ it sounds like you’re trying to use a theme you purchased elsewhere, and if so the answers there are correct.
