Restore Parked domain

    Hi

    I have the website consequentialventures.com in a WP paid plan (which I cancelled recently as I am building another wordpress site), I also have an annual subscription to the domain with the plan ‘WordPress.com Personal’, and would have to renew it on June 7th.
    The thing is, the domain http://www.consequentialventures.com appears as ‘parked’ ever since yesterday. Can you restore it? I still need it.

    I cannot see how I can build a new site on this domain which currently says its parked,

    Its due to expire 30 Jan 19 and I intend to renew as I still need it, just can’t see how to build the new site on it.

    Any help would be great.

    That is correct. Cancelling a domain does not release it immediately to be purchased elsewhere and it also means you no longer own it.

    Since it is parked we’re able to restore the domain back to your account under consequentialventures.wordpress.com – which I just did for you.

    You do need to have one of our paid plans in order to use that domain as your primary domain here at WordPress.com – you can review the different plan options here:

    Ok, I understand, thanks for the reply.

    There is no need to restore it then since I´ve just realized I received the transfer code. I just need you to unlock the domain for the transfer to go through. Could you give me a hand?

    This is what the email with the trasnfer code said: “Please keep this authorization code secure at all times, as it can be used to move your domain between providers. Also, please keep your contact details for this domain name up to date at all times”.

    In conlusion, to complete the transfer I would just need you to unlock it.
