Restore post accidentally deleted from iphone by swipe deleting

  I accidentally swiped delete on my iphone a day ago but I can’t see my post to restore it. I’ve had a look in post on my dashboard but I can’t see the post to restore it.

  Hi there. Was the post published or still a draft? The app versions of WordPress store drafts locally on the phone until you upload it. In other words, unless you specifically told it to sync with the website, it never saved to your dashboard and the only copy was on your phone. You’ll have to post in the iOS forum to find out if there is a way to get back a deleted draft. http://ios.forums.wordpress.org/

  If you post was published, go to Posts ->All Posts in the dashboard. Click on the Trash link at the top. If it’s not there you won’t be able to recover it, unless they have another suggestion in the iOS forum.

  Note that forum is on WordPress.org so you’ll need to register a username there before you’ll be able to post.
