Restore premium purchase to new site?

    I am in the process of removing my old website, and creating a new one, with a different name. My old site had the premium plan, but was cancelled partway through the year. Am I able to restore the premium plan onto the new website? I need help from someone but don’t have an email address to send query to directly.

    Hi there,

    On what site did you have a premium plan? The account you’re using to post here was only created three weeks ago, and has never bought any plans from us.

    We’ll need you to contact us while logged into the account that used to own the plan before we’ll be able to tell you whether or not this is possible. When you do that, also please specify the URL of the site you want the plan restored to.

    Hi there,

    I had the premium plan on amylouisadesigns WordPress site. I would like it to be added to poppyseeddesign if possible please.

    Okay, I see your plan renewed on 28 November 2020, and you cancelled it on 2 February 2021.

    I’ve now restored it to the site, http://poppyseeddesigncom.wordpress.com/, belonging to the username, poppyseeddesign1, and it will expire on 28 December 2021. If you log in as poppyseeddesign1, you can enable auto-renewal for the plan, should you want to, from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Going forward, only the poppyseeddesign1 account will be able to make any requests regarding this plan.
