Restore Previous WordPress Website Settings
-
I have been looking into new ways to track our website statistics on our website. However, in doing so, I think an update that happened messed up my site.
By mess up, I mean, VaultPress, Akismet and JetPack were deactivated and deleted. I think it was from my adding the Google Analytics ID code. However, I am not sure how it happened.
In the past, I have used the VaultPress plug-in on our site to quickly restore the site back to previous versions. But, as aforementioned, it was no longer there and I am not sure how to proceed moving forward.
PLEASE PLEASE help!
Thanks in advance!

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/
Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Hi there,
Please contact VaultPress directly to find out if they’re able to restore a backup of your site. We’re not able to help with that in this forum:
