Restore settings of plugins after deactivating and activating

  I had a problem with my website, where a plugin was creating errors in the website. I was recommended to disable all plugins and reactivate them one by one to see which one was causing the problem.

  I found the problematic one and reactivated the rest, but they are all now in their original default settings. How can I get my old settings back?
