Restore site

    I’m new to WordPress. I created a brand new site almost no real content and realized i want to create the site under a different account. I deleted the site since it was not yet public and thought will be able to create the site under the particular name in the new account. However, i’m unable to create from the new account.
    One of the expert forum members suggested to reach to support to restore and use transfer the site option. Please help with the above request, if you could email me i can give you the site domain name that i need help with.

    Have you replied back to the email sent when the site was deleted already? What is the address that you had wanted back?

    I did not get any email asking me to confirm deletion.
    Note: I had not yet made the site public
