  Hi, can you restore my site to what it was before our plan expired?

  It won’t activate hosting thing :D

  Hello. I need the same support. I sent an email requesting this exact same help 8 days ago. No response. 14 hours ago. No response. Now, I’m just trying to find out how to cancel, get my money back and move the site to another platform. I’ll watch your post to see if you get a response in less than 8 days.

  I see that the other username associated with the account, kasperquickorder, deactivated the Business Plan yesterday, which caused you to lose all features associated with the Plan for your site. However, I see that you repurchased the Plan today. Is everything back in order?
