Restore site

    Forgot to pay, site offline. Paid now, and now you say I have to go to ‘Sites’, then t”Hosting settings’, but there is no option ‘Hosting settings’, and other options I try do not lead to the option that I can click the ‘activie button’, as the instruction says. What to do?

    I believe the instructions you’re referring to are to restore your site from a backup after the plan expires, right?

    It looks like you’ve actually renewed your plan before the system had removed your plugins or downgraded the site — so the advanced hosting features are still active, no need to activate them again.

    This also means that you probably don’t actually need to restore the site using a backup, because we actually have not made any changes to your site’s content at this point. You only need to restore a backup if the site doesn’t look right, basically. Make sure you take a look at the site’s front end first, and confirm whether it looks like the way it should.
