    need some urgent assistance on un doing some recent changes done on the website, using elementor plugin

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and may have a backup of your site.

    If you use a backup service or plugin, you should reach out to that company’s support for help in restoring from a backup.
