Restore two websites

  My husband died. I want to restore his websites. I received this notice:

  Unfortunately you cannot access this blog from erniekurtz.com and ernestkurtz.com any more. These domain names started expiring on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 and will soon be canceled.

  Please contact the owners of this website and remind them to renew these domains before it’s too late. They need your help!

  When I try, I get my website instead.

  I do not need help with my blog. I am trying to reactivate my husband’s websites which went down. I do not know why they went down. I may need to send a payment or reestablish auto pay.

  I’m very sorry for your loss. The domain names you mentioned are both owned by a different WordPress.com account (your husband’s account) and so you’ll need to gain access to his account before you can manage those sites yourself.

  To gain access to his account, please follow the steps in this guide: Deceased User

  Our team will then contact you privately as soon as possible to discuss your options for gaining control of your husband’s websites.

  I followed the steps in the guide for deceased user and have heard nothing back in a week. Do I need to repeat that?
