    Hi

    I just notice that my domain and the wordpress plan did not renew normally due to bank transaction and now has been expired. I am looking for help to resotre the website content and connected to the godaddy domain.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Looking over the account, I see that the Pro hosting plan and domain connection (mapping) are renewed until 2024-11-15.

    qegoldprofessionals.com.au is not registered through WordPress.com. GoDaddy, the registrar, points this out here. Did you renew the domain registration with them as well?

    Every year, domain registration and hosting need to be renewed. This can potentially be problematic when things are in 2 different spaces. Once the domain is restored with GoDaddy, we can help you transfer it to our system so that everything is in one space going forward.

    We could put this on a 2- or 3-year plan if you prefer. You would save more money on the cost and gain peace of mind.
