Restore website

My site has been offline due to non payment, before I had requested to restore site and after 1 day it was back, how can I fix this. Restore plugin just keeps loading and no response from WordPress

I can confirm that your Business Plan expired recently, which has the effect of removing all plugins and 3rd party themes that you may have activated on your site.
The good news is that we still retain backup from when your site was upgraded. To regain access to backups, you will first need to upgrade to the Business Plan again (which is required in order to be able to use plugins) which you can do here:
I can also confirm that you recently upgraded to the Creator plan (same plan, new name) and because of this, you can follow our guide here which will walk you through the process of locating and restoring from your last backup. This will return your site to the way it looked and function right before the plan expired:
