Hello there,
We need details, please.
1. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL you want to domain map from?
2. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade? Did you allow it to expire?
3. Have you read https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Sorry I really don’t know anything about set up and programming. I’m kicking myself for letting my hard work go. This is what I have so far: I restored both my domain and was able to restore my domain and hosting account via Bluehost.com. Bluehost told me to contact WordPress to see if the files associated could be retrieved…
If I understand your questions correctly here are the answers…
1) http://www.wonderfullywrecked.com/wp-admin/
2)jonmon95 I allowed my site to expire.
3) read the link but don’t think it applies to my circumstance because I was able to restore the domain via Bluehost.
If I understand it correctly I have my domain and host site back but I need the appearance and content of my website back…is that possible??? Thanks for your help! -
What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL you domain mapped to http://www.wonderfullywrecked.com/ from?

Please do no hijack other member’s threads and disrespectfully post off topic into them. Use the add new topics link to create your own thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1
Also be aware that you ought to be posting to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we can’t help with it. -
Timetheif: I really appreciate you trying to help me! I’m sorry I don’t understand you ? regarding the underlying site. Could you give me an example of what it might look like?

jonmon95 – If you were using web hosting through Bluehost, then you were running self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) rather than using WordPress.com. (You uploaded your own theme, right? That would confirm you weren’t on WordPress.com.) All of those files would have been on Bluehost servers, not the WordPress.com servers, so WordPress.com and this support forum can’t do anything to restore your site. It’s possible Bluehost has a backup of your files, though that really would depend on how long ago the account lapsed.
Some of your text content is available at archive.org, though your design and photos are all missing. You could potentially copy/paste your text from there into a new installation of WordPress on your hosting space at Bluehost.

Thank you for the info…Do you think wordpress.org would be able to help at all? Bluehost is not finding any files.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, and if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
