Restore Website after inactive

My payment expired a few months ago while I was inactive on it, I am looking to now restore my website . I can’t figure out how (if even possible) to do that. When I click on my profile is says please check your Primary Jetpack connection. Besides my login still active there is not evidence of my website anywhere

Please contact the hosting provider where you had that site to find out if they still have a backup of your site on their servers.

Your site wasn’t hosted by us (WordPress.com). It was using the open-source WordPress.org software and it was hosted by Siteground. Therefore, you need to contact them for further assistance.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us.
