Restore website and domain

    Greetings,
    We have been trying to speak with ANYONE from WordPress for a while regarding restoring our website and domain. We misunderstood charges and canceled payment. After realizing our mistake we were told hat we had three months to restore all. Can someone PLEASE get back with us on how to do this? I am so sorry to keep bothering you about this but we have not heard back from ANYONE. We love you site and what you do. Please please please help. June
