Restore website English Home/Dashboard

    1. How can I restore Home Dashboard-English of my website? My website was in Oct 2013 by WordPress developer in Catawba, NC with a multisite features: (a) dashboard (2) English, (3) German. On 4 Sep 2022, GoDaddy removed my site without notice. On 5 Sep, to restore my website, I purchased from GoDaddy Deluxe Linux Hosting with cPanel (AutoSSL) and on 5 Oct, I purchased Word Press Premium (WPP) and Website Security – Advanced. But WPP does not perform multisite features to restore my website. The German website is complete, but the English website HOME still needs restoration. It currently reads: ‘HELLO, WORLD! Your H2 subheadline here. Your title, subtitle and this very content is editable from Theme Option. Call to Action button and its destination link as well. Image on your right can be an image or even YouTube video if you like’. Therefore, how can I do restore this HOME page on my English website in WordPress? I have administration capability through https://philray-idr.com/en/wp-admin/

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Since your site was hosted at GoDaddy, they’re the only ones who would possibly have a backup of your English site to restore – get back in touch with them and they should be able to assist you.
