restore wordpress domain

  Hi,
  yesterday I deleted my blog so I could start from scratch. What I did not know was that by deleting my blog I can never use my xxxx.wordpress.com domain again. I thought that because I was the author of this page I could recreate it again. Is there any possibility to get my old xxxx.wordpress.com back? If you google the old one you still find it…its just not available :(
