Restore wordpress site after reactivation

    Hi, our card was rejected because we had a new business card. Now wordpress has completely removed our previous site. I am scrolling through the backups and cannot find a single backup with the site before it was back to the free plan. The plan is currently activated again and we would like to get it back to what it was. We havent reached the limit of time for backups befor they are removed.

    Hi there – I believe you were seeing no backup only temporarily. I see backups available for your site. The latest backup you will want to restore is April 7, which is the day before the plan was removed from your site. Click that link, then click “Restore to this point”, and then follow up with us in chat when it’s complete so we can check on this with you and make sure things are back on track. Talk soon.
