Restoring a deleted domain

Hello, a few months ago I deleted my domain (crystorm.wordpress.com). Is it possible to restore the address and change for (crystormblog.wordpress.com)? Thanks :)

No I am sorry but two or more years has not passed. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them, and the only exceptions made are for deletions made 2 or more years ago is stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
Blog deletion is meant to be a permanent and irreversible act. Deleting a site requires ignoring several warnings that the URL cannot be registered again by you or anyone else, followed by an email with a site deletion link in it and the final warning regrading using it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
If you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
