Restoring access to my website

    Hi, I made this request on the 11 of November 2020 and never got an answer!
    I’m trying to get access to 2 websites (https://ifsolutions-em.com/) that were created by an employee that left the company in bad terms and we can’t reach him anymore.
    I have the bills, to prove that I owe them and can provide any kind of information.
    Please reach me asap since it has been 4 months that this matter is blocked.

    Thanks for getting in touch! I looked up your past support history and I only see this request and a second request (that I closed) from earlier today, so the delay wasn’t intentional.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    I opened two subjects on the 11th of November 2020 (#3481914 and #3481926) and never got an answer since then.

    I believe that these 2 numbers mentioned above are already “Account recovery forms”, could you please double-check these ones?

    I have all the needed information but I don’t want to open new cases since the ones from 11th of November have never been answered yet…

    Please let me know!

    Hi, thank you for your answer.

    I checked on both my email addresses and junk and nothing is there, I guess you replied to another email address.

    So far, I got an answer today for case #3481926 but no answer yet for case #3481914 that concerns https://ifsolutions-em.com/

    Please let me know what I can do for case #3481914.
