Restoring account
-
I am having trouble restoring my account due to the auto form not accepting my transactions ID I have my account password and payments receipt for my old account but do not have the phone number anymore. I find it silly that I can not login via email code and now have no way to restore my account. If some one can help me I would very much appreciate it.

Hi,
If you’ve misplaced your log-in information, the email address or username you’ve entered isn’t recognized, and you haven’t enabled Two Step Authentication, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form which is accessible by clicking the “Need More Help?” button on the Password Reset page. On this form, you can provide certain pieces of information, under Proof of Ownership, to verify that you are the owner of the blog in question:
•Transaction ID: A transaction ID is a unique alphanumeric code generated for your payment. If you purchased an upgrade on the blog in question — via PayPal, credit card, or another method — you can retrieve a transaction ID by logging in to your PayPal account or locating a past WordPress.com receipt sent to your email address.•Activation URL: When you created your WordPress.com account, an activation link has been to your email address that you required to click. If the email you received included a confirmation button instead of a link, you can copy the activation URL by right-clicking on the button and selecting “Copy Link Address” (this text may be vary slightly depending on your browser).
At the bottom of the form, you can add any other details that may help. Then, click Recover My Account.
Team will contact you with a response or a request for additional information. Once they have proof verifying you are the blog owner, you will be able to reset your password and regain access to your WordPress.com account.

Hi there,
Can you please provide the address of the site you’re trying to access so we can take a look? We can’t help you regain access to a site if we don’t even know what site it is.
Please don’t just copy the information that appears in the support doc. And in this case the OP had made it clear that they already tried the form and it didn’t work, so just telling them again they should use the form is not helpful at all. Please tag threads for staff help in cases like these instead.

http://tekknologiccommunity.wordpress.com
is the site i am trying to access but it is under the username of jdjfusion which is why i am having issues access it. i have access to my email and have the transaction id I just don’t have the old phone number anymore and i do not have any backup codes. -
really i just want to add more sites to this account as this site has been deleted by me and my admins and is no longer up.

I am unable to use my google account to link everything as one account due to the 2 factor on it.

The site, http://tekknologiccommunity.wordpress.com does not belong to jdjfusion. That site was deleted over a year ago, and the account that owned it does not have two-factor authentication active. That account also has never purchased any upgrades from WordPress.com, so there are no valid transaction IDs for that account.
The only way to regain access to that account is by resetting the password via the email address connected to that account, or by submitting the activation link in our account recovery form.
The user jdjfusion also has never bought any uprgades, so there’s no valid transaction IDs for that account either. So you’ll need the activation link to verify ownership of that account as well.
