Restoring blog from trash folder

  I have lost my blogs from trash folder which i kept earlier, but didn’t emptied it in a hope to restore them in future.

  Now when i wanted to retrieve them they are missing…may be they were sleeping there for more than a month or two.

  As we know there is always a way…can any one help me find it.

  Items placed in the trash remain there for 30 days and then they are deleted permanently.
