Restoring client's website

I have been brought in to touch up a clients WordPress website, but I was instructed to do it via cPanel’s dashboard. In trying to pug in the WordPress app with cPanel’s dashboard I have accidentally undid the site and brought it down back to WordPress’ basic setup. . . !
I seriously assistance grabbing the back up files to restore it back to the way it was before I meddled with it yesterday. BUT the catch is that I don’t have the backup files because I was just brought in yesterday.
I’m hoping WordPress can help me with this!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It seems like the site you are referring to is a self hosted WordPress site. The support here is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com
