Restoring closed account

Is there anyway to restore blog articles from a closed account? It’s been closed for a few months.

Hi there,
It is possible to reverse an account closure for the first 30 dayss after an account is closed. once the 30 days have passed, all of your sites and account data are purged and can not be restored.

As mentioned before, if it is more than 30 days since the closure of WordPress.com account (which seems to be the status in your case), then the account, associated websites and the data are deleted from the system. And thus, cannot be restored.

It would be better if you can mention the details of your account. A WordPress support staff can have a look at your account and provide you with the most updated feedback. So I am adding modlook to this thread.

Thank you to everyone for their help.
To answer Deb’s request for details, it was deleted about 2-3 months ago. I had over 20 blog posts and it was an entertainment blog with film, tv, and toy reviews.

In that case, it is not possible to restore the account and the associated websites.
You can always start afresh and with an even better website.

What is the address of the site? If the site was public its content might be cached in the Wayback Machine at https://web.archive.org/, in which case you might be able to recover at least some of the content from there.
