Restoring Default Start Posts

Hi. I’ve created a site but have deleted blocks from the default start example posts. Now I realise I was out of my depth. I have no content that I need to keep and just would like to reinstate the default example posts with the original menus, links etc. but just can’t seem to find a way to do that, nor can I find any help on this. Surely others must have wanted to start from scratch and it can’t be difficult? Any help appreciated. Thank you.

There are a few options:
If you deleted the post or page entirely, you may be able to restore it from the trash: https://wordpress.com/support/trash/
If you edited the post or page to remove the materials, you may be able to restore an older revision: https://wordpress.com/support/editors/page-post-revisions/
