Restoring Defaults in Design?

  I somehow changed the setting on the design template (not the design itself, but seemingly column widths) on http://www.quasical.wordpress.com. Now the menus/widgets, etc are all on the bottom, and I have NO idea what happened. What happened, and how do I make it go back?
