Restoring Deleted Content

Is it possible to just simply get my blog restored to how it was with its theme, content and views before I delete the content and tried importing an old blog? If so I would love to restore it from yesterday or even a week ago.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you confirm that the blog in question is joannageorges.wordpress.com?
If you have moved all of your content to the trash – you should be able to recover it from there. If the trash bin, however, is empty, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover any content on your site.
If you meant a different site that you closed, let us know the URL, we might be able to help with that.

Well, I asked for joannageorges.wordpress.com to be cleared so I can merge two blogs (stateofjoanna.wordpress.com and an old version of joannageorges.wordpress.com) together. But I didn’t know clearing it would lead to the images on the XML file not working because they’re links
