restoring domain

  how do i get my domain restored? i bought it for the wrong site then cancelled it, and tried to get it for the correct site, but i guess now that it is parked i can’t do it at this time. i am willing to renew my plan and all, i just want the domain name back for the correct site this time.

  We have options for you to move a domain you own between sites, or even to a different account or domain provider. We can also move upgrade plans between sites for you.

  But once you cancel a domain you stop owning the domain. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. This is why we have an additional confirmation step before you’re able to cancel a domain.

  I see you also cancelled your premium plan and we’ve processed a refund for that already. So please buy a new plan for the correct site. Let me know here once you’ve done that, and I can restore the domain to your account.
