Restoring expired website and hosting

  The person who managed our website has let it expire. How can it be restored

  The only sites I see on your @easterndrilling WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  – oilcorptl.wordpress.com
  – equipmentleasing847127110.wordpress.com

  Is the issue with either of those sites, or is it possible you created your site under a different login that we would not be able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  The domain is timorresources.com.au. I think the guy that was managing it for us has not updated the credit card details

  The domain, timorresources.com.au, is neither registered nor hosted on WordPress.com.

  The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, and at the moment it’s pointed at a server on Microsoft’s hosting service, so please contact those two companies directly for help getting the site back online.

  We are only able to help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.
