Restoring from trash what status does the post take?

  Hello if I restore an item from my trash folder will it automatically be “re-published” or will it come back as a a draft?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. I quickly used my test blog to check. It seems if the post was published when you delete it, it will again be published when you restore it. But it will remain published on the original date, so it won’t show up anew in the Reader and I don’t imagine in Publicize links either.

  Once restored you can set it back to draft if you want and republish it on either the original date or a new one.
