Restoring Hacked account

  How to restore hacked name. I had Freedem as a name for (email visible only to moderators and staff) but apparently I cannot get that name back as “in Use” and the only name it had was “Hacked”.
  I would like to restore Freedem if at all possible.

  Apparently the hack was in Gravitar? Got wordpress account back

  Gravatar accounts and WordPress.com accounts actually are the same thing; the same user names and passwords. People who are sure that they do not have a WordPress.com account may have forgotten that they registered a Gravatar account or visa versa.
