  IN CLEARING OUT UNWANTED SPAM ITEMS, I INADVERTENTLY DELETELY CERTAIN ITEMS WHICH I WANTED TO INCLUDE IN COMMENTS.

  IS THERE ANY WAY TO RECOVER THESE ITEMS.
