Restoring my account
-
Hello, dear WordPress,
I would like to restore my ‘bibliomist’ account and access to my chaikava.wordpress.com blog.
I created this blog while working at my previous job – Bibliomist project, Global Libraries Ukraine. Unfortunately, I do not have financial documents serving as a proof of ownership. However I do have email correspondence related to this blog in my personal inbox. I will be happy to provide it.
Thank you very much for your kind consideration of my case!
Best regards,

I see the account bibliomist and the website bibliomist.wordpress.com are both up and running.
Have you already logged out from current accounttaranenkoann and tried to login to your account account bibliomist? -

Hello,
Thank you very much for your kind help and the prompt response!
I am referring to this blog – https://www.chaikava.wordpress.com/.
Yes, I did try to log in to “bibliomist” account, however it is linked to my previous work email and phone number, so I cannot restore the password, unfortunately.
I do have email correspondence related to this blog in my personal inbox. I will be happy to provide it as a proof of ownership.
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,

Hello again, if you don’t remember that account’s password and no longer have access to the email address associated with the account to reset it, it may not be possible to recover the account log-in.
WordPress.com accepts any of the 3 items requested on the account recovery form as proof of ownership, https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ which you said you do not have. Sorry for no better news.

Hi Anna, I don’t see support communication on that account.
Do you have access to the email address used there? Or, if the email address belongs to a former employer, can you contact them to see if they will help? I think that may be your best bet if you don’t have any of the proofs @justjennifer mentioned.
