Restoring my Domain

  Hello, hope all is well! I recently cancelled my domain with WordPress as I decided to place my photography portfolio on Pixieset.com instead (they offer a site, client gallery and printing all in one, so this works better for what I need it for). I didn’t realize that I was supposed to transfer the domain, not cancel it – so, of course, now I can’t use it. Is there a way for the domain jazninaphotography.com to be restored? I’d like to continue paying for it via WordPress. Thanks for the help!

  Hi there,

  I see you cancelled the domain on 21 April, and since then it has entered redemption at the registry. We can still restore it, but we have to pay the registry a $80 fee to restore the domain from redemption.

  I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay that fee. Please let us know here once you’ve completed the payment, and we can request the domain’s redemption.
