Restoring my site from a back up – NO CLUE ABOUT FORMATS

    My web developer stole my domain and website! I recovered the domain and now have a new site live. I want to recover my old website for my reference only. I have paid for a hosting package with Fasthosts and I’m now trying to restore it from the backup but it’s just not happening. WordPress wants me to pay $150 to be able to download plug-ins like woo commerce and updraft plus which is how the backup was taken.

    The site I need help with is uniform7com.wordpress.com.
