Restoring my website/site name change and site went down

  Hello WordPress,

  I am seeking help to get my site back up and running as well as to gain access to it again. I attempted to change the url from http://www.maryannasalo.com to http://www.triadperformancetherapies.com and I missed a step and have lost access to it. I’ve posted in the public forum once before but did not receive the help I needed. Could you please assist?

  I see you did indeed post a topic around 2 months ago. However, you did receive some help.

  Your site is not using our servers, so we were not able to help.

  What happened to you seems to be a common issue with WordPress.org, I’m sure folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ will be able to help you out with this.

  Here, on WordPress.com, things do not work the same, so we’re not really in a position to help.
