restoring mysql gives error in the backup script

I backed up a script file and tried to relo(restore) it into mySQL database.
I’ve done it a few times and it went smooth, as I am moving the blog to a new location on the server…

    Now, I’m getting an ERROR

Script line: 316 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN”
    “http://www.’ at line 1

    any ideas.
