restoring old site

Hello,
In 2013 I had a website nwarchitecturalestates.com and I’d like to restore it. The actual domain through godaddy is expired as well so i’m not sure how to access. I will be repurchasing the domain but is there a way to pay through WordPress and reactivate the site I had? Thank uThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you delete it? Or did you lose the account information?
If you deleted it:
If less than two years, it cannot be restored:
Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
If more than two years ago:
Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.

If it’s over two years, it may have been taken by someone else. If under, it’s unlikely you can access it.
If you cannot access it but you did not delete the site:

I checked the domain status through a whois search and found out that nwarchitecturalestates.com is available. No one else has purchased it since the expiration – this is very lucky!
You can register the domain through WordPress.com or platform of your choice.
Was the previous site hosted with WordPress.com? If so, the old site will be at the .wordpress.com site address that it was connected to before. Note – that this domain has never been connected to this user account that you’ve posted from here.
If your previous site using this domain was through a hosting provider than the site was likely removed when they stopped receiving payment for their service.
