Restoring previous version of a blog post

I need to restore a previous version of a blog post. The post is published but the previous version, the way it was written yesterday, has a tone of content that I need now but deleted right before I hit publish.
All that content was supposed to be it’s own blog post but after I copied it over to make it it’s own blog it never saved. Now it’s gone.
So is there any way to find the previous drafts of a currently published blog post?
